一、性能、特点及用途--Performance,characteristics and application

         冷却液集中过滤系统主要用于机床加工线冷却液的集中冷却与集中过滤。主要组成为刮板排屑机、负压纸带过滤机、冷却液配液装置、供液泵组、冷却液防腐系统、PLC电气控制系统、回液泵站等。冷却液集中过滤的供液和回液大体有三种方案:一是上供、上排;二是上供、下排;三是下供、下排。方案的选择取决于厂房条件和切屑性质，按用户的具体情况设计方案。集中过滤可配油水分离、净化再生和比例加液自动补水装置，可长期保持冷却液的使用寿命，保持车间卫生，节省费用，创造良好的生产环境。

         The Coolant Centralized Filtration System is mainly used for the centralized cooling and filtration of the coolant in the machining line of the machine tool. it is mainly composed of scraper chip removal machine, negative pressure paper belt filter, coolant dispensing device, liquid supply pump group, coolant anti-corrosion system, plc electrical control system, liquid return pump station, etc. there are three schemes for the supply and return of the coolant concentrated filtration: one is the upper supply and upper discharge; second, the upper supply, the lower platoon; the third is the lower supply and the lower row. the choice of the program depends on the plant conditions and chip properties, according to the user's specific situation design program. centralized filtration can be equipped with oil-water separation, purification and regeneration and proportional liquid automatic water refill device, which can maintain the service life of the coolant for a long time, maintain the health of the workshop, save costs, and create a good production environment. 

        集中过滤系统采用的是负压式纸带过滤方式，变频恒压节能供液。高精度、大流量，可24小时连续供液;变频泵恒压供液;全自动控制运行、模拟工况显示、故障显示及报警;设备运行可靠稳定，故障率低;防腐系统大大延长乳化液的使用寿命;加工温度波动小，*高过滤精度30um。(根据用户现场工况，可提供冷却液恒温控制)。

          It adopts the negative pressure paper tape filtering mode, frequency conversion constant pressure energy saving liquid supply. high precision, large flow, 24 hours continuous liquid supply; variable frequency pump constant pressure liquid supply; automatic control operation, simulation condition display, fault display and alarm; the equipment runs reliably and stably with low failure rate; the anti-corrosion system greatly prolongs the service life of the emulsion; the processing temperature fluctuation is small, and the highest filtration accuracy is 30um. (according to the user's site conditions, can provide coolant constant temperature control).
