自动反冲洗过滤器FCGL-60/25属于小流量系列，该过滤器被设计用于低粘度的精过滤系统。过滤介质时无需消耗滤材。该过滤器可以在系统不停机的情况下来反冲洗滤芯，底部沉淀的杂质可以通过短暂的开启底部的排污阀来排出。当预先设定的压差值或固定的间隔达到时，过滤器的反冲洗动作就会被触发，过滤器部的单向冲洗阀和侧边的清洗阀会打开，同时电机会带动水枪旋转，部进入的干净的带压介质会通过紧贴滤芯的水枪喷嘴将滤芯金属丝网上的杂质冲洗下来。在反冲洗结束后，底部的排污阀会短时间开启，排出底部的杂质。
自动反冲洗过滤器的滤芯高质量，外部是开孔不对称的金属框架，内夹不锈钢金属丝网。滤芯过滤精度稳定性好，滤芯的框架实心设计高品质保证长寿命，材质可选，可根据客户要求订制。
The automatic backflushing filter FCGL-60/25 belongs to the small flow series and is designed for low-viscosity fine filtration systems. This filter is installed in the pipeline and does not consume filter media during filtration. The filter can backwash the filter element without stopping the system, and the impurities precipitated at the bottom can be discharged by briefly opening the drain valve at the bottom. When the preset pressure difference value or fixed interval is reached, the backwash action of the filter will be triggered. The one-way flush valve at the top of the filter and the cleaning valve on the side will open, and the motor will drive the water gun to rotate. The clean pressurized medium entering from the top will flush the impurities on the metal wire mesh of the filter element through the nozzle of the water gun that is close to the filter element. After the backwash is completed, the drain valve at the bottom will open briefly to discharge the impurities at the bottom.
The filter element of the automatic backwash filter is of high quality, featuring an asymmetric perforated metal frame on the outside and a stainless steel wire mesh inside. The filter element exhibits good stability in filtration accuracy, and its solid frame design ensures high quality and longevity.
