AK-SMF双切换管路过滤器是由两只单过滤桶、两只单向阀、换向阀、发讯器等组成，它可在系统不停机的状况下更换滤芯，适用于连续工作的中压液压系统。当其中一只过滤筒的滤芯在工作过程中堵塞至压差发讯器规定压力值时，发讯器动作，它可按上电源及提示器的提醒人们应该换此滤芯。更换滤芯时，只要旋转转向手柄到另一位置后，备用的过滤筒开始工作，旋开已堵塞的过滤筒放油螺塞放完油后，再旋下外壳，即可更换滤芯。
AK-SMF pipeline filter consists of two single filter buckets, two check valves, reversing valves, transmitters, etc. It can replace the filter element without stopping the system, and is suitable for medium pressure hydraulic systems that work continuously. When the filter element of one filter cartridge is blocked in the working process to the pressure value specified by the differential pressure transmitter, the transmitter acts, which can press the power supply and the prompter to remind people that the filter element should be replaced. When replacing the filter element, as long as the steering handle is rotated to another position, the spare filter cartridge begins to work, unscrew the oil drain plug of the blocked filter cartridge, and then unscrew the shell to replace the filter element.
