AK-PWZD平网纸带过滤机主要由以下几个部分组成：液箱、废布箱、 过滤无纺布(通称过滤布)、传动结构、发讯机构、 减速机及供液泵等。过滤机能够实现滤布的自动更换，当滤布堵塞后，液面上升，发讯器发讯，滤布开始更新，随着液面的下降过滤机停止转动，进入下一步工作过滤循环。进入液箱的净液由液泵输送至主机。能够充分滤除冷却液(油)中的各类金属，非金属细微杂质，尤其适用于各类磨床，珩磨机等精加工机床。
AK-PWZD Low profile paper filter mainly consists of the following parts: liquid tank, waste cloth tank, filter non-woven fabric (commonly known as filter cloth), transmission structure, signal transmission mechanism, reducer and liquid supply pump, etc. The filter machine can automatically replace the filter cloth. When the filter cloth is clogged, the liquid level rises, the signal device sends a signal, and the filter cloth starts to be renewed. As the liquid level drops, the filter machine stops rotating and enters the next working filtration cycle. The clean liquid entering the liquid tank is conveyed to the main unit by the liquid pump. Can thoroughly remove various metal and non-metal fine impurities in the coolant (oil), and is especially suitable for various grinding machines, honing machines and other precision processing machine tools.
